Basic Refresher Session (2 Hours)
This session focuses on essential phlebotomy techniques and practical skill development.
Training Includes:
• Review of proper venipuncture technique
• Order of draw and specimen labeling best practices
• Patient identification and safety protocols
• 3–4 supervised blood draws to reinforce collection skills

Intensive Skills Session (4 Hours)
