EDC will visit your location to collect your blood sample and deliver your kit to designated courier. If you would like to book for two people at the same location and the same time, one appointment slot is sufficient. Please enter both names in the booking notes.

EDC will provide all necessary materials for your blood collection and delivery to the testing laboratory. All we require from you is an order or requisition form from your primary care provider (PCP) indicating the specific tests to be performed. This information helps us determine the appropriate tubes needed for your blood draw. If you wish to book an appointment for two people at the same location and time, only one appointment slot is needed. Please include both names in the booking notesit
