As part of providing mobile specimen collection services, we may collect and maintain information including:
• Name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth
• Physician orders and laboratory requisitions
• Specimen collection details and documentation
• Laboratory information provided for collection purposes
• Insurance and billing information, when applicable
• Health information necessary to perform requested services
Every Drop Counts, LLC provides mobile specimen collection and related services. We collect and handle specimens according to applicable requirements and deliver specimens to designated laboratories or healthcare providers.
Laboratory testing, result reporting, medical interpretation, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are the responsibility of the performing laboratory and/or ordering healthcare provider.
We may use and disclose your PHI to provide, coordinate, or support healthcare services.
Example: Providing specimen collection information to the laboratory or ordering provider.
We may use and disclose your PHI as necessary to obtain payment for services provided.
Example: Processing invoices, billing information, or payment-related documentation.
We may use and disclose your PHI for business activities necessary to operate and improve our services.
Examples include:
• Quality improvement activities
• Staff training
• Compliance reviews
• Auditing and documentation requirements
We may share PHI with third-party service providers who assist with business operations, including laboratories, billing services, secure technology platforms, and other vendors who support healthcare-related services.
Business Associates are required to protect your information through appropriate agreements and applicable privacy requirements.

We may disclose PHI for authorized public health activities or when necessary to prevent or reduce a serious threat to health or safety.
