- For same-day bookings, if your preferred time isn’t available, please call 919-682-1162 to speak to a representative.
- For bookings after 4pm please ensure the kit only contains tube tops that are Red, Gold, Red & Black, or Red & Yellow. These kits are eligible for next-morning courier drop-offs.
- Booking for UNC or Duke, the tube colors do not apply as these tubes can be collected up until the close of business of EDC, daily.
- Once payment is received, a phlebotomist will be assigned, and your appointment will be confirmed via the contact information provided during booking. For your convenience, we accept all major payment methods, including debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and PayPal

Terms and Conditions:

- By paying the invoiced amount, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Every Drop Counts, LLC.
Cancellation Fee Structure:
- Donor refusal without valid reason: A refund less $50 travel fee plus applicable taxes and processing fees will be issued.
- Client unavailable upon EDC arrival: A refund less $50 cancellation fee plus applicable taxes and processing fees will be issued.
- Cancellation policy: No fee if appointment is canceled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time.
Every Drop Counts Mileage fees:
- 1–30 miles to destination from 27712: No charge
- Mileage beyond 30 miles from 27712 will be invoiced separately at $0.79 per mile based on the ZIP code provided in your booking. Once any applicable travel fees are paid, your appointment will be officially booked.
- Collections for 8 or more tubes may be billed at a rate of $3 per tube.
Pet Policy:
To ensure a safe environment for both our customers and phlebotomists please, isolate pets prior to the arrival of the assigned phlebotomist. This will eliminate possible distractions during the collections procedure.
