Booking in 4 Easy Steps!
- Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with a pending status of “Not Paid Yet”, indicating your selected date and time.
- Once one of our phlebotomists accepts your request, an invoice will be sent to collect payment and secure your appointment. ALL ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN PRICES!
- Payment must be received within 1 hour to secure your time slot; otherwise, your booking will be cancelled and the slot released.
- Once payment has been received, a phlebotomist will be officially assigned and your appointment confirmed.

- By paying the invoiced amount, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Every Drop Counts, LLC.
Cancellation Fee Structure:
- Donor refusal without valid reason: A refund less $50 travel fee plus applicable taxes and processing fees will be issued.
- Client unavailable upon EDC arrival: A refund less $50 cancellation fee plus applicable taxes and processing fees will be issued.
- Cancellation policy: No fee if appointment is canceled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled time.

- 1–50 miles: No additional charge
- 51–75 miles: +$25
- 76–100 miles: +$50
- 101+ miles: Case-by-case pricing
