With nearly 25 years of marriage and a shared passion for healthcare access, we identified a unique opportunity to combine our expertise for a greater cause. After earning a PhD in Public Health and Crystal earning a PhD Educational Leadership in Health Services, we recognized that our experiences could hold the key to addressing significant barriers in healthcare access. Many individuals encounter challenges such as transportation issues, immobility, and the increasing costs of healthcare, which complicate their ability to visit hospitals and clinics. 

Motivated by this pressing need, we decided to establish Every Drop Counts, LLC. A specimen collection service tailored to bring healthcare to those who need it most. Our mission is to assist individuals who struggle to attend medical appointments due to circumstances beyond their control. As we enter this new chapter not only as life-long partners but also as business partners, we are eager to create a meaningful impact in the lives of others. 

When people inquire about the origin of our company name, the answer is straightforward. In a highly competitive healthcare environment, we quickly realized that every patient, client, and every moment of their care matters. From each drop of blood drawn to every specimen collected, and all the challenges we encounter along the way, it all counts. 

With determination, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to building something significant, Every Drop Counts Phlebotomy was founded. The name reflects both the nature of our work and the challenging journey we undertook to get here, with blood, sweat, and tears. Every drop counted as we worked toward achieving our goals.
