For Labcorp, Duke, UNC, Quest, and all private and public clinics, simply submit a valid order form via email or fax—or have your provider send it directly—and we’ll handle the rest.
For Rupa Health, your order comes included with your kit, so you’re all set.
In either case, your provider will receive and release your results.
